Shipping Policy
At Quality Farm Supply, we know that a broken-down tractor or a worn-out part doesn't wait for a convenient time — and neither should your order. Downtime costs you money, and every hour your equipment sits idle is an hour your operation falls behind. That's why we're committed to getting your parts to you as fast as possible, with clear shipping options and transparent costs so you can plan accordingly and get back to work.
Small Parcel Shipments (149.99 lbs or Less)
- Orders with a combined weight of 149.99 lbs or less qualify as small parcels.
- Small parcels ship via standard ground service. FedEx Ground is used most often, though other carriers may be substituted when necessary.
- Small parcel orders valued at $250 or more ship FREE. Free shipping applies to orders that ship in no more than three standard packages and remain under 149.99 lbs total (including packaging).
- Small parcel orders valued under $250 ship at a flat rate of $15.
- Some orders under 150 lbs may still incur oversized freight charges ranging from $20–$200 per item.
- All weight calculations include packaging materials.
- All shipping fees are displayed on the final checkout page before payment.
- Orders must ship to a physical street address — no PO Boxes.
- Orders ship on standard business days only.
LTL Freight Shipments (150 lbs+ or Oversized Items)
Orders weighing over 149.99 lbs, or items too large for parcel carriers (oversized), will ship via FedEx Freight, SAIA Motor Freight, AAA Cooper, or another LTL carrier of our choice.
- Freight rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.
- Residential delivery and/or liftgate service may require additional fees.
- LTL orders valued at $2,000 or more qualify for FREE Freight Shipping.
- These orders require a valid, reachable phone number and email so the carrier can schedule delivery.
- If the carrier cannot reach the customer due to incorrect contact information, the order may be refunded.
- Any carrier fees resulting from unreachable contact information will be deducted from the refund.
- All shipping fees are shown on the final checkout page before payment.
- Orders must ship to a physical street address — no PO Boxes.
- Orders ship on standard business days only.
Geographic Limitations
- Shipping terms apply to the Continental United States.
- Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii do not qualify for free shipping and will incur additional charges.
Address & Contact Accuracy
We are not responsible for orders placed with incorrect addresses or contact information. If you contact us before the order ships, we will make every effort to correct the issue. Once an order has shipped, we cannot update the address, and we are unable to make changes.
