The KX7 system features two purpose-built assemblies designed to work together:

• MaxThresh Concaves — An angled-bar design meets the crop head-on for immediate, aggressive threshing. Laser-cladded bars extend wear life well beyond traditional options. Place in the frontmost positions for earlier threshing and more separation as crop flows through the chamber.
• MaxRound Concaves — Optimized for separation and plug prevention, with heat-treated bars that deliver a 25% improvement in wear resistance over non-heat-treated concaves. Always place behind MaxThresh assemblies to maximize performance.

Every KX7 concave is robotically manufactured and inspected by AWS-certified welders under an ISO-certified quality assurance process — built to meet or exceed expectations for fit and performance.
